Jayne Guzzetti Ripped Me Off $25 To Join A Failed Facebook Group

Consumer Experience Report
Concerns Regarding Promotions by Bob & Jayne Guzzetti

Overview

This article documents my personal experience with promotions associated with Bob and Jayne Guzzetti, following a paid offer that, in my case, did not result in the promised deliverables or a refund.

This report is shared for consumer awareness purposes only and reflects my direct experience, along with publicly available complaint information. Others may have had different outcomes.

The Promotion That Prompted Payment

Online advertisements and social media promotions associated with the Guzzetti name promoted what was described as a system capable of generating $1,000 or more per month, often characterized as achievable and straightforward for everyday participants.

Like many others seeking legitimate online income opportunities, I paid a $25 fee after being led to believe that a Facebook-based group, training, or coordinated plan would be delivered as described.

While $25 may seem insignificant on its own, the principle of fair dealing matters—especially when such offers are promoted at scale.

What Happened Next

    In my case:

     1) The promised Facebook group or associated deliverables did not materialize

     2) Repeated attempts to obtain clarification or a refund were unsuccessful

     3) Communication through Facebook was eventually ignored or left unanswered

     4) The $25 payment was never refunded

No clear explanation was provided as to why the product or group was not delivered, nor why refund requests were not addressed.

Pattern Concerns and Public Complaints

While researching further, I discovered that the business associated with these promotions has received multiple complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

These complaints, which are publicly accessible, raise concerns similar to my own experience, including:

     1) Failure to deliver advertised products or services

     2) Unfulfilled promises

     3) Refund disputes

The presence of BBB complaints does not establish wrongdoing on its own; however, when viewed alongside my personal experience, it raises legitimate questions that prospective customers should be aware of.

Why Small-Dollar Offers Still Matter

Low-cost offers are often marketed as “risk-free” or “no big deal.” However, when large numbers of consumers are charged small amounts for products or services that are not delivered as advertised, the cumulative impact can be significant.

From a consumer-protection standpoint, non-delivery and refusal to refund—even small amounts—are serious concerns, especially when communication ceases after payment.

Consumer Takeaways

Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering similar offers to:

     1) Get all deliverables and refund terms in writing

     2) Take screenshots of advertisements and promises

     3) Verify BBB complaint history before purchasing

     4) Be cautious of income claims that appear guaranteed or effortless

If an offer depends heavily on hype, urgency, or vague promises rather than clear documentation, that alone should prompt careful reconsideration.

Conclusion

This report is not written out of malice, but out of a desire to promote transparency and accountability. When consumers pay for a product or service and receive neither delivery nor a refund—and are then ignored—it is reasonable to share that experience, so others can make informed decisions.

If you have had a similar experience, consider documenting it and submitting a complaint to appropriate consumer protection agencies.

Final Note

This article reflects my personal experience and publicly available information. It is shared solely to encourage due diligence and informed decision-making.

    Stay alert.
    Document everything.
And don’t ignore red flags—no matter how small the dollar amount.

Below is the additional information in image, text, and video. Yes, I do vent a bit in all my research results, and it is my free speech to do so, and I do this in hopes to bring these people to light, and so you know not to deal with them in the future...

Did this ad prompt you to part with some of your Hard Earned Cash in hopes that the Guzzetti Family Plan would come through as they promised, just for you? Sure, an extra $1,000 per month would be awesome, however, we know, the Guzzetti plan was just not a "Doable Plan" with the products they offered.

PRO TIP: An advertisement/website you see below making a claim of this magnitude carries an implicit obligation to demonstrate competence, and I just don't see that here, do you? This one fails miserably, immediately. The presence of elementary spelling and grammatical errors signals a level of carelessness that renders the promise meaningless.

When an advertiser cannot execute the most basic aspects of communication, there is no credible reason to believe they can deliver anything of substance or have any chance to carry through with their promise.

And as you can see, that is 100% True, as I am here making this report about people who simply can not figure out how to keep their word, and put together a good workable program for the masses.
